This infant daughter of Charoltte Jenkins and John Cole, of England, was not able to escape the unhealthy conditions suffered by the Saints who had taken respite at what was then called "Winter Quarters". She was buried in an unmarked plot at the Pioneer Cemetery.
As they had struggled to gather the necessary provisions since her death, Charlotte's parents prepared to leave Kanesville (now Council Bluffs) Iowa, westbound with the William Snow/Joseph Young Wagon Company of 1850.
